We complete our deliveries after 3:30pm to avoid the warmest part of the day, however upon request we can deliver at a preferred time – just contact us to arrange!

Flowers are always wet packed in a 100% compostable biobag so they are able to be left in a safe place without wilting. If there is no safe place to leave flowers eg. an apartment block/on a busy street, we will contact you and advise. Flowers may be taken back to the shop and we can reattempt delivery at a later time with an added cost of 50% of the delivery fee.

Yes! We offer same day delivery for orders placed before 12 midday.

Our designs are created to mimic the wild nature of flowers – we do not follow structured flower recipes or provide stock-standard arrangements. All our arrangements are unique and follow the colour palette of your choice.
